TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Terms and Conditions set out below and our Privacy Policy constitute the legal agreement between you and Rise (a brand of We Are Tech Group Limited) (“we,” “our,” or “Rise”) relating to the use of our workforce wellbeing platform. By accessing or using the Rise platform, you agree to these terms – no alternative terms are accepted.
- ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICE
1.1 The registration process is guided through our website. All details can be reviewed before completion. Please review all details at each stage carefully.
1.2 All subscriptions are subject to availability. Rise reserves the right to reject any subscription request. Notice of non-acceptance will be communicated via email promptly.
1.3 Upon subscription submission, an automatic confirmation email will be sent. The subscription is only deemed accepted upon receipt of a subsequent email containing an invoice.
1.4 If subscription confirmation and invoice are not received within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), contact:

- PAYMENT & INVOICES
2.1 Payment for platform access must be received before the subscription start date.
2.2 Available payment methods include credit/debit card and bank transfer (BACS, CHAPS, faster payment).
2.3 For subscriptions from individuals or non-UK customers, payment is required at time of registration. International bank fees are not accepted.
2.4 Rise reserves the right to suspend platform access if payment is not received according to agreed terms.
- DIGITAL SERVICES AND ACCESSIBILITY
3.1 Rise ensures compliance with the Digital Services Act (EU/UK) and Americans with Disabilities Act (US).
3.2 Platform availability is guaranteed at 99.5% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.
3.3 Technical requirements and specifications are available on our website and will be provided upon subscription.
- SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
4.1 Corporate account administrator changes are permitted and must be confirmed in writing.
4.2 Subscription tier changes are permitted with minimum 14 days notice.
4.3 All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to team@wearetechglobal.com.
4.4 Cancellation Policy:
- Annual subscriptions: 30-day notice required
- Monthly subscriptions: Notice required by the 1st of the month for end-of-month cancellation
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
4.5 Unused subscription periods cannot be transferred or credited.
4.6 Rise reserves the right to modify or discontinue services. Alternative options will be offered, or pro-rata refund provided.
- PLATFORM SPECIFIC TERMS
5.1 The platform is accessible via web browser and mobile applications.
5.2 Access credentials will be provided upon subscription activation.
5.3 Technical Requirements:
- Minimum internet speed: 10 Mbps
- Supported browsers: Current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge
- Mobile devices: iOS 14+ or Android 8+
- Hardware requirements detailed in technical documentation
5.4 Individual registration is required for each user. Sharing access credentials is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.
- CORPORATE SUBSCRIPTIONS
6.1 Payment terms: Invoice issued pre-subscription, due within 14 days.
6.2 Early termination fees:
- Within contract period: 40% of remaining contract value
- Minimum commitment periods apply as per agreement
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT
7.1 All platform content, including workout videos and wellness resources, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights owned by We Are Tech Group Limited.
7.2 Content is provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
7.3 Information provided through the platform is for general wellness purposes and does not constitute medical advice.
- DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
8.1 Data Processing:
- Compliance with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and US State Privacy Laws
- Data minimization and purpose limitation principles applied
- Cross-border transfers conducted under appropriate safeguards
- Health data specifically protected under relevant regulations
8.2 Your Rights:
- Access, correction, and deletion of personal data
- Data portability and processing restrictions
- Withdrawal of consent
- Complaint submission to relevant supervisory authorities

- JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
9.1 For UK customers: These terms are governed by English law. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
9.2 For US customers: State laws apply based on customer location. Federal laws apply where applicable.
9.3 International Dispute Resolution:
- Primary: Amicable resolution through negotiation
- Secondary: Mediation through agreed neutral third party
- Final: Arbitration under ICC rules
- FORCE MAJEURE
10.1 Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Network/power failures
- Public health emergencies
- SEVERABILITY
11.1 If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- MODIFICATIONS
12.1 Rise reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated via email and platform with 30 days notice.
